The "Chocology" booklet sets out the past and present of the Swiss chocolate industry on 60 pages. It informs you about the history of cacao and chocolate, in addition to giving you an in-depth look at how chocolate is made. It contains numerous color pictures, a selection of delectable recipes and a reference list.
The booklet is available in German, English, French and Italian, and can be downloaded in PDF format.
